Felix - the lucky Mendelssohn

A children's concert to join in
SAT 10.11.2018 (06:00 pm)

»Felix – the lucky Mendessohn« is a lively, scenic and musical composer-portrait if Felix (and Fanny!) Mendelssohn Bartholdy. This program (which will also include the audience) is based on Mendelssohns youthful symphonies for strings, extracts from his most beautiful chamber music pieces and several contemporary texts. A often used coatrack and many chocolate bars are also part of it. Andreas Peer Kähler will not only delight the children as the narrator and as Goethe this afternoon, but the parents as well! With César Gustavo La Cruz (Piano/Felix), Julia Jahnke-Kähler (Violin/Fanny) and Martin Seemann (Violoncello/Paul).

Duration approx. 70 min., no intermission. From 6 years onwards.
